QA Training Lead - argenx - Gand

The position will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Owns the quality oversight of argenx global training infrastructure and eLearning system;
  • Works closely with business information systems and external partners to guarantee the validation and compliance status of the eLearning system;
  • Builds and maintains effective quality business processes governing the global training infrastructure;
  • Works closely with the internal business partners to identify training needs (includes eLearning courses, classroom training, on-the-job training) and to translate training needs into training curricula and the effective management of these training curricula;
  • Implements training metrics and the reporting thereof;
  • Conducts effectiveness checks to ensure training applicability; acts to improve training effectiveness where required;
  • Contributes to inspection readiness status of argenx Quality Management System;
  • Makes a significant contribution to the quality awareness within the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent through education and experience;
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in quality management and training in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry;
  • Auditing and Regulatory Authority inspection experience;
  • Strong understanding of business needs and vision how quality assurance & training can help to achieve business objectives;
  • Able to build relationship with business partners and to work effectively together;
  • Strong interpersonal, group facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Flexible attitude, creative, enthusiastic and results-oriented;
  • Proactively seeks out, recommends and implements process improvements;
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, LMS;
  • Fluent in English – our working language;
