What you will accomplish together with us
Execute short- and long-term strategy to positively impact profitability and top line revenue for the Sartorius Cell Line, Media & Testing Solutions (CMTS) portfolio
Achieve the KAM (CMTS) financial and performance targets in partnership with the Key Account Management Groups
Deliver business growth targets, key performance indicators, opportunities for improvements and implement procedures that benefits the growth for the Sartorius cell culture consumables Business
Manage key customer cell culture media projects with account managers, product management, CMTS project managers and quality to ensure successful positioning, definition and implementation of CMTS Solutions
Monitor and report monthly on opportunity pipeline, sales, order intake and margin Performance
Support and contribute to successful completion of global negotiations and contracts with the customer that enable sustainable profitable business
Provide suggestions for new services or areas of technology for cell culture consumables product development and marketing that fit with the business strategy
What will convince us
University Degree in Biology, Biotechnology or similar Life Sciences with strong knowledge in Cell Culture, Molecular Biology and/or Biotechnology
Several years of experience in Life Science industry combined with relevant biopharmaceutical as well as advanced therapy technical knowledge that allows to successfully compete in our target markets
Proven record of consultative selling within highly competitive markets in the life sciences or diagnostic industry
Track record leading complex negations both long and short term objectives
Excellent communication and networking skills at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
High command of English, both verbal and written as well as German or French depending on your Region
Willingness to travel internationally (60-70%) within Europe
