Skills and qualities taken into consideration for the selection process:
- Experience or a developed understanding of events, communication or marketing
- Experience or a developed understanding of European projects or European politics
- Must speak English and French at a C2 level, a third European language is an asset
- Knowledge or experience on how to create budgets (excel: pivot tables, budget follow ups)
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- A knack for problem solving
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, customer service orientation is an asset
- Minimum of a bachelor degree
- Experience from 0 to 5 years in project management
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects, carrying out tasks in an autonomous way from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Contribute to budget management
- Source and negotiate with vendors according to project requirements and needs
- Coordinate and manage small size projects operations under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager
- Oversee hiring personnel for the event (e.g. hostesses, catering, photographers etc.)
