Purpose of the function: The function reports directly to the Vice-President of NEBU SC, and provides accurate informative and administrative support.
The function organizes, supervises and carries out all supporting activities of a Vice-President of the CCEP organization (administration, meetings, budget, expenses, etc.) in order to contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization and the achievement of its business objectives

Administrative and operational support of the VP and a number of functions that report to him

  • Contact point in case of absence VP
  • Handling correspondence and e-mails: receiving and handling the incoming correspondence and e-mails and handling the day-to-day correspondence and e-mails in an independent manner
  • Preparing and maintaining an efficient ranking
  • Initiating reports and files (timesheet - meeting calendar - organization charts - telephone directories - ...)
  • Active minutes of meetings and follow-up of the action list
  • Preparing and realizing presentations
  • Processing expense reports via respective tool
  • Update factbook from VP

Efficient agenda and phone management

  • Optimal management of the time of the VP by a competent agenda management
  • Coordination of travel and accommodation
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Central point for all internal and external communication & information exchanges within the domains of the VP within NEBU, and abroad, both written and spoken, while guaranteeing the required standards of confidentiality

Maintaining a number of documentation systems

  • Responsible for the accuracy of the data (Data consolidation)
  • Managing the leave database

Business meetings

  • Organization, coordination and follow-up of internal and external business meetings and ensuring the appropriate facilities, visual aids, agendas and logistics
  • Organization and coordination of team events

Cooperation within our own department / with other departments

  • Back-up from colleagues

Managing administration linked to budget

  • Handling the budget of the VP efficiently and responsibly
