Risk management is at the heart of our business as an insurer. The
Chief Risk Office (CRO) coordinates this management throughout our client. Identification,
assessment and coverage of the various risks, solvency calculations, internal
controls, compliance, fraud prevention, data protection, reporting to the
internal audit, but also to the National Bank of Belgium or the FSMA ...
At CRO, the Actuarial function includes areas
related to profitability, reservation, reinsurance and profit sharing. We
are looking for a Manager Life to strengthen our client’s
Actuarial function .

You actively participate in the performance of the Actuarial function. You
are responsible for reporting to the Executive Committee or the Board of
Directors of our client, for example, the technical provisions (BGAAP, IFRS
and Solvency II) and the new products.

You lead the analyzes and interpret the figures for reserves,
profitability, value and the underlying models.
·
You ensure that these analyzes are clear and convert them into concrete
improvements.
·
You actively contribute to the continuous development of the Actuarial
function according to the changing legal requirements and standards of the
sector.
·
You represent our client at the Group level for the areas
under your responsibility.

You have a perfect command of English , both
orally and in writing. You also have a good knowledge of Dutch
or French.

You are an actuary by training, or you have a diploma in mathematics or
economics . You have at least five years of experience, mainly in the field
of life insurance. Do you not have that much experience yet, but are you
incredibly eager to learn? That is also a plus !
