Summary of job role
Opel Finance is supporting Opel and its dealer network with finance, leasing and insurance services. Opel Financial – BeLux Branch - supports Opel Belgium and their dealer network by offering wholesale finance solutions, car financing and car insurances. These products are being marketed via the Opel Financial Services brand.

We are hiring a Zone Manager (Regional Sales Supervisor). As a Zone Manager you are responsible for managing relationships with Opel dealers for your region. Your main objective is to increase the share of our finance and insurance products. You have consultative sales experience and you know how to obtain commitment from dealer management.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager BeLux.

Position, Objectives, Responsibilities

  • Relationship management of Opel dealers
  • Meet sales and penetration targets of new & used cars financing/leasing and insurance products
  • Obtain commitment from dealer principles on volume targets & implementation plans
  • Manage and support Wholesale implementation by dealers
  • Manage and support the implementation of Finance & Insurance (F&I) concepts with Opel dealer groups
  • Support dealer staff training and coaching sessions
  • Build strong relationship counterpart at the NSC level, Opel Belgium and the partners who support us with our product offer (financing, leasing and insurance).
  • Member of Belux Sales and Marketing Team

Your profile

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimal 5 years sales experience in automotive industry preferably in a captive environment
  • Proven track record in negotiating on dealer principle level
  • Verifiable experience in account planning and account plan execution
  • Fluent in French, good Dutch and English language skills
