Introduction
Our Client is a leading multinational with activities in +/- 100 countries. For the EMEA HQ in Belgium they are looking for Young Potentials with a strong interest in Supply Chain.
Your responsibilities
You will be part of a young, dynamic and ambitious team. You will have the opportunity to gain experience within a challenging Supply Chain environment.
Depending on your interest and ambitions, you will focus on a specific part of the Supply Chain (e.g. transportation, stock management, purchasing, …):
- Regular professional contacts with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow-up on operational flows within your area of expertise
- Continuous improvement: analyzing logistic and supply chain activities to optimize efficiency
- Performance reviews: monitor and analyze performance of stakeholders
- Based on your experience and ambitions, you will be coached towards new challenges within the organization
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree, ideally within Supply Chain or Logistics
- Strong interest in Logistics and/or Supply Chain
- Fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus
- Synthesis and analytical skills with a good attention to detail
- Hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Customer focused
