We are recruiting for a TSS MLL Loftware Solutions Lead with location can be within EMEA or North America.

You will be responsible for the design, delivery and operation of the Loftware Labeling platform in J&J. This will require the use of specialized knowledge & skills, including Loftware Spectrum. The role will be accountable to implement the J&J Shared Services processes, execute a consistent and maintainable approach to Labeling services. To be successful in the role you will need to posses a broad knowledge in Loftware Technology and solutions, leadership and creativity to work within a large IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions.

The primary responsibilities for this role are:

  • Applying specialized Loftware knowledge and skills, while following approved J&J standard policies and procedures (e.g. SDLC, Agile, IAPP, etc.).
  • Collaborates with architects to plan, design, implement, and improve new capabilities, improvements, solutions and/or platforms.
  • Performs detailed designs and develops code and/or configures applications, including detailed documentation of build according to design specification ensuring integration with existing environment.
  • Ensure that changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner.
  • Improves automation of applications, systems, and platforms and finds opportunities for streamlining, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensures that proposed and existing systems are aligned with organizational standards, goals, and objectives.
  • Influences and drives adoption of best approaches and high-quality standards.
  • Runs proof of concepts to tackle current challenges in multi-platform systems.
  • Partners with BT to develop team vision to drive new capabilities against a published roadmap.
  • Performs Platform Technical architecture and Rightsizing / Capacity management
  • Responsible for platform TLM and provide input on Technical level in regard to ALM
  • Supervise and maintain platforms for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems.
  • Ensures accurate operations, patching and monitoring of Loftware environments
  • Acts as domain specialist in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of incidents raised by L1/L2 specialists, including being available during off-hours for high/critical incidents.
  • Executes Problem Management process, including identifying underlying root cause of incidents, documenting known errors and working to implement permanent solutions to eliminate recurrence.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Technical expertise of Loftware components; Spectrum, LPS, SAP connector, Universal Connector, Loftware Web Access, interfacing with different applications (SAP, eLIMS, MES), as well as Windows Server, IIS, Apache tomcat, Windows printing, color laser and label printers.
  • Functional knowledge of Loftware labeling; label design (incl. GS1), label management and printer management.
  • Validation: Experience with crafting and executing IQ’s and testing, creating/updating SDLC documentation according to GMP requirements and change control procedures. Good understanding of GMP, Compliance, Validation Practices including the System Development Life Cycle and Regulatory expectations.
  • Project management: Can assist in project management / execution of ongoing Loftware labeling projects. Assist in/building and managing project execution.
  • Excellent Teammate ethic working with cross functional teams, internally with business/customers externally with vendors.
  • Good communication skills (English, written and spoken.
  • Non-Technical profile requirements: - Some flexibility in working hours / travel is required - Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks/projects with limited supervision;
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter, autonomous with high accountability.
