Artemys is a young and dynamic Belgian company that provides recruitment and consulting services to companies in Benelux. Our clients are major technical players in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable development, and the circular economy, and we specialise in recruiting technical profiles within the Belgian market.

In order to keep extending our activities, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter - Energy/Renewable Energies, who will be given the opportunity to join and co-develop a service company dedicated to hiring high-level profiles from the energy sector.

 

Location: Hoeilaart, Flemish Brabant / Flexible home working option

Vos responsabilités

As Technical Recruiter - Energy/Renewable Energies, you will:

  • Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within the area of responsibility
  • Be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and selection process – proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening, interviewing, assessing, and giving feedback/candidate follow-up
  • Work closely with your colleagues and facilitate the whole hiring process
  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques and channels to discover and attract the best passive candidates
  • Develop talent database, and build and manage relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks, e.g. scheduling interviews, emailing with candidates, and similar
  • Provide post-interview and other reports, where necessary
  • Participate in various aspects of the company’s day to day activities – communication, client contacts, marketing
  • Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities, as required

Votre profil

  • You have a green mindset, and you strongly support and share renewable energy and energy efficiency principles and values
  • You have experience within recruitment environment + preference for the candidate related part of the job
  • Experience in recruiting Tech profiles is an advantage
  • You have experience in using social networks and recruitment/career platforms, such as Stepstone, LinkedIn, VDAB
  • A personal network is also considered a plus
  • You are looking for long-term collaboration
  • You enjoy and value teamwork
  • Your philosophy is 'Never compromise on ethics'
  • You have a working knowledge of English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
