We are recruiting a Dutch speaking Technical Customer Support in Lisbon for an international company.
The role is based in Lisbon (Portugal)
Your Tasks :
- Handle customer technical support queries through chat, phone and email
- Listen to customer needs in order to understand customer requirements
- Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are of technical nature
- Redirect calls to field engineering support
- Escalate to next level of problem resolution
Your Profile :
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
- Minimum of 6 months working in Tech Support/B2B ideally, self-troubleshooting or similar
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, chat)
- Ability to work independently, while being team player
