We are recruiting a Dutch speaking Technical Customer Support in Lisbon for an international company.

The role is based in Lisbon (Portugal)

Your Tasks :

  • Handle customer technical support queries through chat, phone and email
  • Listen to customer needs in order to understand customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are of technical nature
  • Redirect calls to field engineering support
  • Escalate to next level of problem resolution

Your Profile :

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
  • Minimum of 6 months working in Tech Support/B2B ideally, self-troubleshooting or similar
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, chat)
  • Ability to work independently, while being team player
