Team Leader PM - UNITED PARCEL SERVICE - Lummen

Coordinating daily center –sort activities
Primary communication channel for Sorters, Center Clerks and Export team
Training and development of Sorters, Center Clerks and Export team, including follow up to ensure compliance, safety and accuracy with all staff
Maintaining Data Systems for Package Operations, including the auditing andanalysis of package operations information
Overseeing the centers’ systems, databases and office administration
Usage of tools to increase service effectiveness
Auditing of dangerous goods packages
Supporting and working with the center team and be the primary communication channel for the inside OSP’s.
Responsible for shunting the containers

You will have the ability to motivate and develop others, and provide constructive performance feedback.
Knowledge of the UPS operation and UPS in house systems would be an advantage.
Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
PC knowledge (MS Office)
Fixed Shift: 3PM - 12PM
