Job Description
As a talent coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment cycle from A to Z
- Employer branding
- Onboarding & offboarding
- Implementation of the Learning & Development program
- Identify the needs regarding learnings & trainings
- Coordination & follow-up of trainings
The Successful Applicant
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and have a good knowledge of Dutch
- You have a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment
- You have excellent communication skills
- A good knowledge of Excel is a plus
- Proactivity, accuracy & organisation are two words that define you
- You are a creative & enthusiastic person
