Talent Acquisition Associate Benelux - Viva Wallet - Bruxelles

This is why we are looking for a passionate Regional Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team and assist with our end-to-end recruiting. The TA will be based in our office in Brussels and will focus mainly in the recruitment needs of the different countries.

If you have “an eye” for talent, can handle high demands of recruitment and use alternative and innovative ways to source candidates, you are the right person for Viva Wallet!

What you will do:

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs
• Draft inspiring job descriptions and job ads
• Source candidates through online channels
• Drive the selection process, including screening calls, assessment and interviews
• Leverage our Applicant Tracking System
• Follow through with candidates and hiring teams during the selection and pre-hire process
• Build a strong network of candidates (past and future)
• Track performance metrics
  

Requirements:

• About you:
  • You have worked for at least 2 years as a recruiter for tech roles in a fast-paced environment
  • You are super confident with social media, ATS and professional networks
  • You speak and write fluently French and/or Dutch and English (any extra language will be a plus)
  • You love connecting and building relationships with candidates
  • You can measure and report your work results
  • You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of your work
