Your responsibilities

  • Drive product development of next generation Robotic Lawnmowers, technology building blocks and interfaces with end-to-end responsibility from concept stage to market introduction
  • Defining technical product architecture as well as shaping the long-term technology roadmap and strategy
  • Defining and driving the technical implementation of the overarching Connectivity and IoT strategy
  • Continuous product improvement: feature upgrades, general innovations and IP protection
  • Responsibility for System, Software and Hardware engineering for Robotic Lawnmowers including concept review, planning, resource allocation, tracking and issues resolution
  • Resource allocation and prioritisation
  • Managing collaboration with internal and external development partners, universities and start-ups

 

Your profile

  • Master’s or PhD degree level in mechatronics, computer science, electronics or similar
  • Experience of mobile robotics, driver assistance systems and IoT environments
  • Experience with the full consumer product development lifecycle, as well as system / software and product integration
  • Team leadership experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of system and software development processes as well as requirements analysis experience
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual ability
  • Good communication and coordination skills
