ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a student who wants to gain experience in a hospitality role this summer (mid August until mid September).
As our Office Assistant at November Five, you make all of our visitors feel welcome and take care of our office space as a second home.

You will:

welcome and take care of all of N5's guests to get them where and with whom they need to be
make sure our office and meeting rooms remain neat and tidy, providing drinks and food where needed
distribute post correspondence and redirect phone calls to our team members
