What will we expect from you?
In the first place will do the processing of our purchase invoices. You will enter and execute this via the ERP system Exact. Since you have at least a basic knowledge of accounting, that is no problem for you!

You also ensure that the regular monthly administrative tasks are always completed in your department. You check what is left behind and what the reason is.

Your attentive eye immediately notices if an invoice does not match the delivered/requested item. You contact the supplier and solve the problem.

• Through your accounting studies or experience you have mastered the basic rules
• You are a real doer!
• You don't know what the answer is? You take initiative and figure it out
• You have an eye for detail
• Structure is your second name
