Who are YOU?

You are responsible and flexible person with experience in a similar position in the F&B Department. You show initiative, stand for quality and you can empathize with the wishes of the guest. You need to master you professional environment (Culinary knowledge, oenology, hygiene, sales). Your values are demonstration, common sense, organization and diplomacy.

What will you do?

In your position as Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for F&B department bringing together kitchen, restaurant and stewarding team. You are able to replace anyone who is absent from his or her position. You ensure the proper functioning of the F&B department and the smooth running of different services. You are present to ensure that the F&B team and C&B Team offers the best services, both in terms of quality and presentation to the customer. You take care of the administrative tasks concerning your department.

You are available both during the day, in the evening hours as well as on weekends and Bank holidays.
