This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the technical sale, from discovery to demo to close. This role involves being both sales focussed and technically savvy.

This role needs an experimental “Hey, I bet I can hack this together with X and Y” mentality and experience, including playing around with APIs and combining third party platforms to find a solution.

The Solutions Architect acts as a technical bridge to our prospects and customers.

This is a UK based remote working role.

Responsibilities

• Answering business and technical questions; deliver custom demonstrations, and articulate value propositions
• Handling responses for information security and RFP documentation
• Working closely with AEs to deliver key information about The Bot Platform to drive sales wins
• Taking part in calls, video conferences and in-person meetings with prospects and customers
• Experimenting with combining third-party services/products with our platform to solve problems for customers and prospects
• Providing feedback to the Product team to help shape roadmap based on customer and prospect use cases and needs
• Becoming an expert consultant on building a better employee experience using bots and automation
• Learning Microsoft Teams, Workplace from Facebook and other technical documentation inside out
• Feeding into and helping the product team test new features/functionality
• Assisting with developer documentation and training materials

Requirements

• A highly motivated person with a proven track record of creating creative solutions to business problems
• A strong communicator across different mediums with everyone from mid-level employees to c-suite decision makers
• Excellent relationship-building skills (both internally and externally), confidence and a positive attitude and energetic personality
• An interest in technology, communication, automation and bots, and how these technologies can be used to enhance internal communication and improve the employee experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows
• Open to feedback and keen to continually improve
• Strong questioning and analytical skills with a track record of identifying and solving problems for clients
• A genuine passion for creating win-win situations and driving workable solutions for prospects
