Software Engineering Team Lead Platform

As Lead on our Platform Team, you’ll have direct ownership of our mission-critical backend systems, allowing us to deliver near-real-time email insights to Wall Street. You'll be tasked with driving high-throughput, low-latency streaming data processing systems, including email instrumentation & distribution, analytics collection, machine intelligence post-processing, and statistics pre-aggregation.

As Team Lead, you will be responsible for your team, including technical leadership, recruiting, mentoring, performance and compensation reviews, and giving voice to your team in higher-level communications with the rest of the department and company.

Our systems are hosted on AWS, written in Scala & Java as (mostly) Dockerized microservices, using Akka Streams, AWS Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, Redis, and PostgreSQL, amongst other technologies.
