Software Engineer Securities Services

Every day, KBC Securities Services processes a huge number of securities in the form of shares, funds and options. The team that you'll be joining works on innovative projects. They perform feasibility studies, provide support and maintain business processes and applications. As a Software Engineer, you shape new applications that make life easier for the end-users-your internal clients.

You'll be in a team of IT and business professionals in what we call a BiiO: a Business ICT Integrated Organization. You work using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver the highest business value for our clients. Both BiiO and SAFe are relatively new at KBC, so we are always on the lookout for ways to improve. It's clear to us that this way of working is pleasant and characterised by progress.

Our teams-there are nine in total-work in different locations: Brussels, Leuven, Ghent, at our Shared Service Center in Brno, the KBC IT hub in Varna, and in India with our partner, Cognizant.There may be physical distances between us, but we all take a very close-knit approach to working together.
