As a Service Engineer, you will execute service work according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point while delivering quality and satisfying customer service.
Reporting to the Service Manager Robotics, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support. The position involves running standby services as you will be providing hands-on assistance at customer sites.

- Carrying out planned, preventive maintenance at our customers.
- Finding problems and resolving malfunctions of the robots and peripherals.
- Providing technical support to the customers.
- Provide training to customers in the context of maintenance activities.
- Since this is a service function, you must be willing to maintain flexible working hours. Running standby services is part of this.
Profil
- You have a higher education in electrical engineering, electronics or electromechanics;
- Several years of experience in a similar position is a plus;
- Knowledge of automated processes and / or robotics is an advantage;
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
- You can work independently without problems, you have a great sense of responsibility and you have good analytical skills;
- You are above all service-minded;
- You are administratively strong;
- You have no problems moving around in the Benelux;
- Driving license B is required.
