We are looking for an SEO Lead to help us crush all aspects of our online presence related to search.

The SEO Lead leads the charge on our SEO strategy and collaborates across departments with Editorial, Engineering, and Product to elevate all facets of our digital footprint. You should be a proactive self-starter who can thoughtfully assess and analyze key areas of growth, then build the road map, and lead the team toward accomplishing those goals. You will work with large datasets and must have a good technical SEO background. For this position, we are especially keen for candidates who desire to learn new technical skills like using Python or querying BigQuery. We have a culture of collaborative measurement and reporting, especially ROI, and hope you share our enthusiasm for understanding progress.

You will be successful in this role if you are a go-getter with a keen eye for detail and passion for elevating and optimizing all touchpoints related to search across our brand from concept to final product.

Step 4: Depending on the role, interviews with key stakeholders from the role (could be 1 or up to 3) who will dive further into the role with you and answer any questions you may have.
