"Everyone invested" is the motto and the aim of KBC Asset Management. As a Senior Risk Manager Products, you contribute to this aim and you reconcile it with the standards of risk and responsibility of KBC Group. Always keeping our prime concern for clients in mind.

You reinforce an international, diverse team and will have colleagues in Dublin, Brussels, Prague, Budapest and Sofia. Together we aim to:

• be a front runner in risk, contributing to KBC Asset Management and KBC Group projects;
• design and safeguard an appropriate control environment;
• enhance and contribute to the risk culture in KBC Asset Management and KBC Group by strengthening the risk skills and knowledge of our colleagues. Always in close and excellent co-operation with all our stakeholders.

To take a smooth start in this role you need enthusiasm, quantitative skills and experience in risk (or investment management). We take care of the rest: a warm welcome, general training, specialized training, team and skill training, and of course also on the job learning.

• You develop standards for investment products and portfolios that clients invest their savings in and you assure their monitoring.
• You set the risk appetite, investigate risk signals and help investment professionals in gaining effectiveness in the risk domain.
• You actively contribute to different projects and assignments, e.g. regarding the future proof development of our distribution and sales channels (data-driven and digital), and the exploration of new domains (alternative investments ).
