About You:

As a member of the sales team, you will play an essential role in driving business outcomes by managing and scaling a business operations process to help the sales team drive record-breaking growth. You will standardize and manage our rhythm of the business to increase efficiency and reduce waste. 

You will partner closely with the Sales and Account Management leadership teams to drive success, timeliness and accountability. You will have ownership of critical projects for the sales team that will help us drive business outcomes and growth for Convoy. You will have high visibility and access to the heart of the team since your main stakeholders will be our executive level leaders. 

You will:

Maintain ownership over internal engagement surveys and results.

Audit and establish an ongoing mechanism to manage our quarterly goals across the team. 

Develop new documentation tool (SOP) for offsite partnership meetings with internal stakeholders to drive engagement and accountability. 

Develop new documentation tool (SOP) for onsite customer visits with external stakeholders to drive deeper relationships and delight the customer. 

Drive strategic projects to closure with accountability practices, project management principles and cross functional stakeholder management. 

Participate in weekly leadership meetings to draw out common themes, capture actions and maintain accountability across our executive staff. 

Partner with our HR, Customer Experience and parter teams to ensure business critical initiatives have owners and are driven to closure. 

Determine and maintain a central repository system to manage and track progress against high level projects. 

We're looking for someone who has:

4+ years experience in Project management, program management, or operations management at a top tier consulting firm, startup or tech company. 

Prior experience in program management or process development for sales or business operations. 

Experience building project management dashboards and other reporting

Successful partnership with internal teams to deliver on project timelines and objectives

Passionate about Convoy’s mission and high talent bar 

The ability to own and drive programs that are a part of the larger strategic vision for Convoy and gain buy-in for future innovation.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. You can synthesize data into recommendations for business strategy & tactics to a range of audiences including executive leadership.

Great judgment and can assess costs, benefits, and risks to programs. You can identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.

High emotional intelligence and humility. You are confident, yet humble and enjoy hearing diverse
