Job Description
The Senior Procurement Project Consultant will have the following responsibilities:
- You will be responsible of implementing Procurement solutions for the client
- You will manage the development of improvement projects based on their needs and implementation if requested
- You will develop the strategies that will ensure future proper functioning of the client's procurement processes
- You will build and maintain qualitative relationships with the clients
- You will help on optimize costs from your planning point of view
- You will use lean/operational excellence to achieve your targets
- You will ensure procedures and strategies put in place are clear to your client
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Procurement Project Consultant has the following profile:
- You have a master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in procurement
- You have an existing experience in consulting and project management
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French are a big plus
- You have strong experience in European Procurement/Sourcing/Business function
- You have experience in Project & Change Management
- You are autonomous but you also like to work in a team
- You are commercial minded with business development skills
- You have strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
