About The Role Hipcamp is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join as a leader in Hipcamp’s US Market Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Representatives (“Host Experience Managers”), responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our Host community. Hipcamp is in early stages of building out this sales function and is looking for an experienced leader who will help strategize, test, and build the playbooks from the ground up. As a Business Development Manager, you will refine our target-setting methodology, create sales compensation structures, ensure the right people and processes are in place while closely collaborating with senior leadership to execute against both short- and long-term market goals. About Our Work Environment

Compensation will be a mix of salary and stock options. We are a 100% remote company post Covid-19.
