Scrum Master

Scrum Masters work with the product and software development teams as a servant leader. They ensure that teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement.  Being a Scrum Master is all about helping others get things done.  The Scrum Master communicates, coordinates, and facilitates to help the team deliver what’s asked of them.

As a Scrum Master, you will work with 3-5 Product Development (scrum) teams. You will work closely with Development, QA and Product team members to support Sprint and Release planning, eliminate barriers, and facilitate delivery on sprint goals.
