In the spirit of continued growth and to help improve our business, we are currently looking for a Screening Officer. 

Job Description

As a CPU Screening Officer, you are part CPU Informed Consent process during the study volunteer selection visits.  You will work closely with the (sub)Investigators, study coordinators, study nurses and the CPU logistical team, to ensure smooth execution of the CPU screening activities. Your role will be to:

  • Coordinate the screening activities and Informed Consent process of the CPU trials
  • Oversee and plan the CPU screening (and retour) visits, in collaboration with the operational teams
  • Support the study team with preparation of the ICF process (documentation, screening folders, slides, handouts)
  • Explain the study specific practical information to the volunteers, in face-to-face or group sessions
  • Collect, QC and maintain all essential selection visit documents for the study binders
  • Monitor and report screening process to the study teams.
  • Populate of the waiting room screens with study specific information

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful? 

  • You have an educational background or some experience in medical or administrative sector
  • You are proficient in Dutch.  English knowledge is a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills, and are love to interact with people
  • You are friendly and social in nature
  • You love to work in team, and can work independently
  • You like to organize things, make things work with (and for) others
