The Technology Lead, Business Analyst – ERP PL will liaise with business partners from the HMD Transcend organization (BPOs, GPOs, L4, L5) both regional and global to understand their needs and translate them into requirements for products in the Deliver Enterprise Product Line.
You will become a subject matter expert for a subset of products in the ERP Product line (P2P and O2C), maintain a deep understanding of the associated business processes (e.g., Inbound, Outbound, Commercial processes) and assess the impacts of changes to the products under their scope of responsibility.
Additionally, you will also collaborate with the Product Line Owner, Scrum Teams and Technology Services teams to deliver new products and enhance existing products to drive business value for the Medical Devices Supply Chain.

Profil

  • You have a B.A/B.S degree, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering Supply chain or another related field.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of related technology and/or supply chain experience.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes with an emphasis on logistics and experience with SAP, SD, EWM and ERP systems and their associated integration points are preferred.
  • You can effectively capture business requirements and translate them into functional system requirements. The person in this role will need to become certified in rRDM.
  • You have experience working on projects following the Agile Scrum framework is highly preferred. Relevant certifications like Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus.
  • You have interpersonal and strong communication skills (spoken and written), and you can convey complex information in a clear way and tailor communications to different audiences (e.g., senior management, developers, etc.).
  • You have solid relationship-building and team collaboration skills. Strong influencing skills and experience working in a global environment with people from different cultures and geographies are preferred.
  • You are a quick learner and demonstrate clear bias for action and a sense of urgency and can successfully prioritize and manage multiple activities.
  • You have direct experience with SDLC methodology.
  • It is preferred that you have experience in creating process maps and/or data flow diagrams with Igrafx and project management.
  • It is preferred that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical infrastructure and global landscape is preferred.
  • You are willing to travel up to 20%.
