You will be working for a key player in the Business services industry, providing clients throughout Europe and the Middle East with Management-oriented Training and Development.

As this company is eager to keep on growing and improving, they are looking for a Sales Representative to reinforce their sales team in Brussels, Belgium; someone who will have a direct contact with clients and can close a deal but also understands the more strategical matters of the company.

As a Sales Representative:

• You will acquire a deep understanding of your clients' needs and requirements.
• You will develop and maintain long-term partnerships with your clients: a combination of hunting and farming.
• It's a People Business; creating a relationship with a client is even more important than it is with Sales in other industries. You will be doing that both via face-to-face client meetings (in Belgium and abroad) as well as on the phone or MS Teams.
• You will be collaborating very closely with the other departments.
• You will resolve any issues of your clients and act as a link between your clients and the internal teams.
