Bezoek van Grote distributie (Carrefour Hyper, Carrefour Market, Match, enz) om onze mooie producten van olijven, hummus, zalm, foie gras/eendelever onder de merken van PèreOlive en Labeyrie te ondersteunen.

Distributie van onze producten verzekeren in alle winkels, promoties verkopen en uitstellen tijdens powerperiodes. Innovatie voorstellen en promoten.

As Sales Representative Retail, you will be responsible to maximize sales in your area. You will guarantee the perfect execution of the plans agreed with our Key Customers at a national level. As a Sales Representative, you will also develop and maintain strategic and sustainable relationship with your customers. You will always fight to increase the positioning of the brands in your area. You will be the eyes and the ears of the company, by sharing insights with internal colleagues.

 

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

With our Consumers at the heart, your key focus will be to:

  • Maximize sales in your area by implementing the sales and promo plan for our three main products categories.
  • Maximize the product availability by increasing of the numerical distribution
  • Defend market share and shelf share of our brands.
  • Negotiate and implement promo actions.
  • Show agility and entrepreneurial spirit in an environment that constantly evolves.
  • Achieve ambitious Sales target and provide timely feedback and reports.
  • Find local solution to increase sales volumes and visibility.
  • Proactively share insights that can be relevant for internal stakeholders (Field Manager, Key Account manager, Marketing and Trade Marketing)

Jouw profiel

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of the FMCG market channel
  • Proven track record of delivering strong results in a commercial role
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in NL and FR. EN is a plus!
  • Good relationship builder and team player

The following experiences are preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG environment, in food industry would be an advantage
  • Nevertheless, the ability to learn quick, the energy and the right mindset will be considered as a real asset.
