Your responsibilities

As the Sales and Marketing Manager you drive Qsources' sales activities through a dedicated distributor network and direct customer contact. You shape and implement marketing plans with the aim of further increasing Qsources’ brand awareness in the broader relevant technical community.

The part time format for this position is a common at Qsources, and provides the opportunity of flexibility and responsibility.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Sales

  • Develop a working relation with the existing distributor network
  • Encouraging product knowledge and active sales with the existing network
  • Providing Product training, Support Demo's & promotion material, New product introductions to the existing network
  • Evaluate and develop new potential distributors
  • Organise and visit international tradeshows/conferences
  • Update & manage price information
  • Manage direct sales opportunities: Understanding requirements, quotation development and follow up
  • Lead generation aimed at new potential distributors and/or direct customers (linkedIn / prospection)
  • Understand, define and formulate market- and customer requirements
  • Analyses sales results and develops sales/marketing action plans
     

Marketing

  • Develop and implement online and offline marketing plans
  • Develop marketing content and materials: datasheets, posters, banners, blogposts, product application notes, newsletters
  • Drive the digital media with Qsources content: LinkedIN, Website (SEO, Google Adwords), mailshots (mailchimp)
  • Perform market research with focus on competitor analysis and markets trends
  • Develop and safeguard the Qsources brand strategy

Your profile

Commercial approach, good communication and influencing skills.

Interest and/or experience in high end technical products.

Communicate fluently in English. Every other European language is a plus.

Good computer skills and the flexibility to work with website content, texts, graphics and video.

Flexible and are able to work within a small team. Limited business travel is no problem.
