Source and grow sales with new business by converting, retaining and penetrating accounts, building strong personal and professional relationships with customers
Prepare, execute, lead annual sales contract negotiations
Deliver a pipeline, accurate sales forecast (of newly developed leads) and field sales intelligence; keep records and generate reports on all phases of the sales cycle
Be the main contact between customers and the internal organization: Answer inquiries and help with reports, price information, customer information, product information exchange
Liaise with Customer Service in order to manage customer challenges
Cooperate with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering and R&D to constantly contribute to further innovation of our products and grow sales
Your strengths
Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar field of study
At least 3-5 years working experience in a field sales role in a similar industry
A consistent track-record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Relentlessly driven to seek new business
Strong negotiator & relationship builder
High technical affinity for products that require explanation
Analytical skills to set priorities in the pipeline & margins
Very good knowledge of CRM tools and their application
Business fluent in English & Dutch
Willing to travel in targeted region
