We are  looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our rapidly growing APAC sales team. Reporting  to the Senior Manager of Productivity and Enablement, you will ensure that our team starts with the best possible prerequisites when working to achieve ambitious goals and continues to grow in key areas that will drive long-term success. If you love training, facilitation and managing programs to help others develop, this is the role for you.

Day to day, you'll:

Enhance and refine sales skills of new hires through coaching and ongoing development as part of the secondary phase of the onboarding program

Support the evolving team needs through content creation and training collateral

Facilitate and coach instructor-led workshops, micro-learnings or virtual sessions as needed

Lead the facilitation and day-to-day management of the first phase of the new hire sales onboarding program and ensure their success with regular check-ins throughout their first 30 days. 

Gather feedback from sales teams on a regular basis to constantly improve our enablement programs

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in enablement, training, or learning and development for customer-facing teams 

Has experience executing and measuring the success of sales training programs

Has experience collaborating with leaders within Sales Enablement and subject matter experts within Sales, Revenue Operations and Product Marketing

It would be amazing if:

You have experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message

You are an excellent written and verbal communicator and have an proactive and results-driven attitude

You have the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage projects

You have the ability to build strong trusting relationships across the organization, especially in sales
