With our platform, we help companies such as Vans, Diesel, Proximus, Decathlon to easily develop their own learning application and transfer knowledge in a fun, effective way to their employees who work remotely. 5 minutes a day in MobieTrain, that's all it takes to build up knowledge and significantly improve their performance.<br/><br/> Requirements Due to the high demand for our mobile microlearning and communication platform, we are looking for a sales development representative in the region of Milano in Italy. In this role, you will have a huge impact on the growth and success of the business in your assigned region, by developing plenty of new customers across verticals. In this position you will report directly to our Business Development Director. You will start with a thorough product and sales training and you will be supported by a team of product, marketing and customer success specialists. 

Main responsibilities • Develop qualified leads to set up Account Executives for success• Create and execute outbound strategies • Researching the market and spotting new opportunities• Collaborate with Marketing and PR to initiate new projects such as: webinars, blogs, case studies and events• Collaborating with our partners with the aim of achieving the optimal commercial result • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through research and discovery calls • Develop and manage the sales pipeline with weekly forecast updates• Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting in Hubspot (CRM system)• Achieve and outperform monthly targets 

About you • You live in or around Milano and have a good command of the Italian (native) language and a good professional knowledge of English• You already have successful experience in B2B SaaS (at least 1-2 years) • Preferably experience in working with HR and/or L&D teams in the mid-market and enterprise segment • You have experience with outbound strategies and tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach, SalesNavigator or similar• You are characterized by an enormous drive, 'hunting spirit' and great intrinsic motivation• You are a go-getter and not afraid to pick up the phone• You can work independently and want to grow and develop yourself• You have good business acumen, which means you can recognize the business needs of a specific lead and tailor your message accordingly• You are a strong communicator, a good listener• You find working with targets challenging • You are a team player, social and always up for some great company events! • You love remote work and don't mind visiting our headquarters in Genk every now and then• You are familiar with the safe handling of data and personal data
