CruxOCM is a venture capital backed seed stage technology start-up on a mission to enhance safety and efficiency in control room operations in the $87.5 trillion dollar per year heavy industry through robotic industrial process automation (RIPA). CruxOCM was born from the belief that control room operators should be given the best tools available to perform their jobs safely and efficiently, while at the same time minimizing environmental impact and maximizing bottom-line revenue for operating companies while leveraging their existing equipment. We thought, if pilots have autopilot software, why don’t control room operators?

Inspired by the challenges our founders experienced working in major control rooms and in process control, we set out to build the tools needed to operate major industrial assets more effectively from the heart and soul of the operation, the control room.

What We Are Looking For

We’re growing and looking for a junior Sales Development/Operations Specialist to join our team with 2-5 years of experience. In this role you will increase the volume of leads, qualify opportunities and enhance existing  processes to help sales scale and grow efficiently.

Your experience and skills will be used to enable the sales team to continue growing the business in an effective manner.

The Impact You Will Have   Be a key contributor ensuing successful product delivery for customers and enhancing the functionality of the CruxOCM platform. Given that we are an early stage start-up, there is plenty of room to grow into many career opportunities. You will be free to work without organizational or legacy friction.   In this role, you will report directly to our CRO.   Worst Part of The Job    The worst part of working for CruxOCM at this stage will be the lack of established processes. We are relying on our early team to define, build and establish the processes we need to scale rapidly.
