In our Croustico team we are looking for a

Sales and Marketing assistant Croustico

This is a temporary position until March 2021 where you support & develop the work of the marketing team on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing marketing activities and campaigns.
Your main responsibilities are:

• Create and implement marketing incentives/promotions
• Create & order promotional materials
• Organise and host presentations and customer visits
• Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Plan meetings and trade shows
• Maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services
  

You also support and take part in the work of the sales team on procedures and processes in order to make them more efficient and effective.
Your main responsibilities are:

• Provide reporting on sales targets and customer retention on a regular basis for internal and external use.
• Support on developing/selecting new reporting tools (power BI)
• Support the field sales team with requests from customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, creditnotes, repairs, rent, ….
• Coordinate all communication between field coach, customer service agent and customer
• Maintain the CRM and Resco system of Croustico
• Support the field and internal sales team on IT issues and solves ad hoc questions.
• Train employees on CRM/Resco procedures
• Update and publish manuals/procedures
