Reporting to the Benelux Country Manager, the Revenue Manager leads, manages, controls and drives the revenue management of the Benelux region per customer and category. The person is working closely with Business Analyst and Sales Team (Key Account). Owning and developing trade investment strategies across all categories. The person is responsible for developing cross category best practices that enable sales team revenue improvement target.

The role can be based both in Belgium and in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive, analyze, control and communicate internal reporting: key internal customers metrics (NRR, promo spend...) and scorecards.
  • Track NRR/NSV (including promo spends, trade spends, product mix and customer mix) and alert in case of deviation vs plan to take corrective actions.
  • Implement Tools (like traffic lights) in order to clearly communicate to the teams on results, follow up, check and adjust the customers KPIs to reach objectives.
  • Responsible for setting standard work for all activation initiatives to enable comparison within and across categories to drive continuous improvement in terms of NRR.
  • Drive analysis and recommendations by brand, category and customer to deliver efficient trade investment and optimize our revenue.
  • Support Key accounts with the specific solutions when it is necessary to change customer conditions to improve profitability.
  • Recommend and influence promotional activity plans in line with country brand guidelines and Customer budgets in order to deliver Business objectives.
  • Establish standard work across categories to enable benchmarking across and within categories and elevate quality for key initiatives including budgeting, promotion evaluation, range review implementation and trade investment.
  • Share and work closely with peers across WE to adopt and adapt best practices
  • Develop, track and optimize a 3-year rolling RGM plan for the Benelux region
  • Provide Country Manager and Sales Leads with tangible RGM strategies and implementation steps.

    Desired profile:
  • Financial background and experience in sales or category management preferred
  • Fluent English and Dutch
  • System knowledge (comfortable with financial reporting tools and able to build effective financial management tools)
