The role
As a reliability engineer, your main goal is supporting breakthrough improvements to the manufacturing process with regards to efficiency, productivity and reliability of our equipment and systems, in the area of filling, labelling and packaging of the Janssen Supply Chain Organisation. You will work closely together with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance departments. In addition to projects, you will conduct Root Cause Problem Solving, initiate business cases and implement process improvement actions, including Kaizen. You are also a key player in supporting the investment projects as the new product introductions.
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- You obtained a Master’s degree or equal to experience and have a strong interest in Production & Supply Chain. Preferred fields of study are Engineering or Science, although the job description is open to any motivated professional.
- You have an innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
