What we are looking for?
Due to our exceptional growth, we are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help our enterprise customers reach new levels of success. The Regional Channel Manager will build our partner relationships across the Nordic region, working with partners to identify new business sales opportunities, cross-sell opportunities and assist in recruiting a revenue focused partner eco-system and channel sales organization.
You’ll be joining the EMEA Alliances and Channel team based across Northern Europe, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. We are looking for the right person that is ideally based in Belgium.

Some other key responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Uncover and manage new selling opportunities in a geographic territory
  • Call on and develop relationships with C-level executives across business and IT units
  • Execute a sales process that validates and qualifies the technical and business requirements of the customer in order to close the business
  • Articulate the value proposition and be familiar with ROI and TCO tools at a business level to provide to Business Stakeholders

Some key requirements:
  • Over 10+ years of experience in direct sales, channel, or alliance sales position in the enterprise software space (SAAS/PAAS preferred)
  • Selling Methodology experience preferred
  • Significant experience managing all facets of a sales engagement, including skills in prospecting, identifying, and analyzing potential sales opportunities, negotiating, and executing large complex sales opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will employ creativity, innovation, strong judgment, and leadership to provide the impetus to “get deals done” within realistic time frames and profitable parameters.
  • Proven success and a strong comfort level with multi-tasking and changing directions quickly and effortlessly to meet the dynamic demands of the marketplace.
  • Move successfully between long-term strategic issues and short-term tactical implementation. Thrive in a fast-paced, resource constrained, and results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-confident, possesses a strong work ethic, and is continually focused on improvement, innovation, and bottom-line results.
  • Strong team orientation is crucial.
  • Fluency in Flemish/English
  • Availability to travel (at least 50%)
