As a talent coordinator you will be responsible for:

Recruitment cycle from A to Z
Employer branding
Onboarding & offboarding
Implementation of the Learning & Development program
Identify the needs regarding learnings & trainings
Coordination & follow-up of trainings

The Successful Applicant

You are fluent in French and Dutch
You have a first experience in recruitment
You have excellent communication skills
