Introduction

You will be part of a team of highly dedicated and enthusiastic HR Professionals and a HR Manager, to whom you will also directly report. Your main responsibility is to participate to the full recruitment cycle of our internal teams, mainly IT and sales profiles

Your mission:

You search and find #StepStoners that match our company culture. Your day job: from creating profiles and choosing recruitment channels, to interviewing candidates and conducting salary negotiations. Your communication skills? Your most precious asset!

As a recruiter at #StepStone, you are responsible for the selection and recruitment process from A to Z of employees for various departments within #StepStone. This implies:

  • Compiling competency profiles together with the internal client / recruiting manager
  • Selecting and deploying of the most suitable recruitment channel (internal mobility and external channels)
  • Coordinating contacts with external partners
  • Interviewing candidates / possibly also organizing of business cases
  • Giving advice to the internal customer / recruiting manager
  • Negotiating wages and contracts with the chosen candidates
  • Following up of the new employees during the first 6-months of their #StepStone journey

  • End-to-end recruiting experience as an internal recruiter (intake> source> select> offer> close)

  • Affinity with IT and / or sales profiles is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn recruiting tools and proactive sourcing
  • Absolute focus on the candidate experience

Your profile:

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently with a good oral command of French
  • Minimum 3 years of successful end-to-end recruitment experience; preferably with IT and sales profiles
  • Strong exposure to proactive sourcing
  • Experience in screening & skills/competence-based interview techniques
  • Experience in setting up and working with KPIs
  • Experience with testing tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
