Exabeam is seeking a utility Recruiter to own full life-cycle recruitment to support various non-technical teams throughout the organization - including but not limited to HR, IT, Finance, Technical Support, and Professional Services. You will partner closely with mid and senior level management to develop creative sourcing strategies to generate strong candidate pipeline, ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, and provide guidance/insight on offers to ensure a high close rate.  To be successful in this role, you must possess the drive to identify and compete for the best talent. We will consider 100% remote candidates for this role.
