As Recall Campaign Coordinator, you will contribute to the safety of our customers, the image of our brands Volkswagen, Audi, ŠKODA, SEAT, CUPRA and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and keeping our vehicles in an optimal condition. Together with your colleagues, you support our network by providing them the necessary information and by being their voice towards the manufacturers when needed.

You are passionate about communication and you use this to continuously improve the way we interact with all our stakeholders: our customers, our dealer network, our internal customers as well as suppliers and the manufacturers:

• You are responsible for getting the most recent information from the manufacturer to our dealer network regarding the technical information and the start of each campaign.
• You make sure that every owner of a vehicle - impacted by a campaign - is informed as instructed by the manufacturer, following the brands guidelines as well as GDPR regulations.
• You work accurate, you have an eye for detail.

We count on your input to strengthen the trust in our brands by tailoring communications to the end customer so our customer satisfaction is ensured, as well as on your ability to easily make contact with other departments, our network and all stakeholders.

You are determined to understand the nature of the campaigns we handle so that you can properly assist dealers with questions, without de necessity of a technical degree so that:

• You inform the stakeholders at the manufacturer about essential insights and additional costs that our dealers can face while executing a campaign.
• You make sure all necessary parts are available in our warehouse and escalate in case stock issues arise.

• You pick up fast and are keen to work with different – both older as well as new – technologies as our activities require the use of different IT systems. You have ambition and in that, you take responsibility for your growth.

• You are bilingual, FR – NL with excellent written skills in French.
• You are also proficient in German and/or English.
• You have at least a bachelor degree.
