Quality Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks:
We are looking for ambitious engineers who will develop and monitor our quality concepts and processes. Further, you will prepare and implement internal / external audits and training courses. You will perform error analyses in cooperation with internal specialist departments for internal and external complaints. Additionally, you will define and monitor optimization measures as well as organize and implement process approvals. You are searching for the continuous improvement of product and process quality as well as create and monitor test plans.
After your training within our European companies, you will become part of our team and be responsible of maintaining our established quality procedures, standards and specifications. You will be in contact with national and international customers from various branches of industry. You will receive intensive orientation and support during the first few months as well as individual further training opportunities.
Expertise:
Successfully completed technical university studies (Bachelor/Master), with a focus on quality assurance
First professional experience in quality assurance in the automotive or aviation industry and its supplier industry
Relevant knowledge of the ISO 9000 series (including 9001 and 9100), TS 16949 and ideally NADCAP
Training as an auditor or willingness to undergo such training
Strong quality awareness, process affinity and technical understanding as well as good communication skills and English language skills
