Project Manager (Marketing Operation Departement)

That’s why we’re searching for a talent to manage and coordinate projects transforming our operations to reach our growth ambitions.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the European Commercial Director you will

play an active business role in Marketing & Sales by managing strategic European projects
plan, execute and monitor projects from headquarters and collaboration with subsidiaries in Europe
understand our business and ad-hoc business analysis
report on projects to sponsors, steering committees as well as to Senior Management, with formal report to the European Commercial Director

Your profile

Master degree from Business School/University, preferably combined with relevant education and participation in Project-/programme management courses/training
Master in General Management or Master in Business Administration is a plus
Preferable minimum 2-5 years experience from daily operations since graduating or started working in Project management
Ability to structure projects & programs with most appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Agile, TIBP, …) based on project specifics & stakeholder expectations
Plan, execute & monitor project & programs, but also lead all stakeholders (act as a co-sponsor)
Able to act autonomously with limited management monitoring
Structured, quick learner and stamina to get things done
Fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS excel for project planning, monitoring, reporting and business analysis, knowledge on Macros is a plus
PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is a plus
