Project Manager

We specialize in offensive security, including three core services offerings: Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, and Red Teaming.  

As a Project Manager, you report to the Project Management Office. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a security program for medium and enterprise sized clients. You will work with internal and external stakeholders throughout various stages of the project lifecycle, thereby driving programs forward to completion on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.   

What you’ll do

Manage the entire lifecycle of a security project for medium and enterprise size clients.

Develop, maintain, and present project artifacts including Kick Off, Status Update, Budget Summary and Project RAID log

Effectively communicate and resolve project risks and delays both internally and externally

Staff engagements by balancing consultant skills, utilization, and career aspirations with project requirements and margin, without impacting the quality of delivery

Work with Directors at Security Compass to align on revenue forecasts and new service opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed 

PMP/CSM or equivalent experience delivering cybersecurity or cloud migration projects.

Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and prioritizing time and resources accordingly

An understanding of IT and information security principles, and a basic knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements for cyber security (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOCII)

Strong interpersonal skills and a strong degree of comfort speaking with clients over the phone and videoconferencing 

Experience with project management software concepts, O365 suite of products
