Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years as a Program Manager 5 + years experience in SaaS software delivery using Agile methodologies Ability to synthesize detailed data, identify root causes and generate actionable insights and recommendations based on sound judgement     Preferred Qualifications: Formal Program Management training or certification preferred, with a clear and consistent methodology. Previous experience collaborating with software development, product management, experience design, quality assurance, and DevOps teams Deep understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.   About the Job As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our Product organization. You will be tasked with developing and executing high-value programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. The role will work closely with Engineering, Technical Product Managers, and senior leadership to understand, develop, and implement multiple program plans to deliver on product strategy by aligning teams. You will have strong business acumen and extensive experience leading large technical initiatives with the ability to plan, understand dependencies, foresee roadblocks, and take measures to ensure successful project completion. Assertiveness combined with a focus on building partnerships and a solution-oriented mindset are musts for this role.   Responsibilities ·         Lead the creation and management of multiple program plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, risk assessments, budgets, hiring, and KPI status. ·         Prioritize and balance between competing initiatives to deliver outcomes on-time and on-budget.  ·         Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to facilitate cross-functional alignment, and develop a shared understanding of the impacts, benefits, and risks to expect. ·         Clear barriers to ensure team progress, and facilitate rapid decision-making by defining clear, realistic goals. ·         Set, evaluate, manage, and continually communicate program key events, results, metrics, milestones and expectations with team members and senior leadership. ·         Anticipate critical paths, and recommend, manage, and implement interventions to remove project bottlenecks. ·         Facilitate and coordinate effective internal advisory group meetings between Product teams and key company leadership to gain awareness, make decisions and guide the program to deliver the intended value. This includes setting agendas, aligning participant expectations, identifying and delegating action items, and off-line follow-up for resolution. ·         Work with Scrum Masters to develop a software launch calendar and to coordinate and communicate software releases. ·         Participate in establishing program management best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. ·         Additional duties as required of the business such as planning Product team events, including offsites.
