Role
Under the direction of the Head of Program Management, the Program Manager will continuously coordinate and strengthen her/his projects assuring on-time delivery of the project milestones.
The PM will participate to process improvement and problem solving to ensure successful projects outcomes. Therefore, a critical mind and risk management awareness is essential.
The PM should show adaptability to a production environment and should demonstrate good communication skills to communicate efficiently with the different stakeholders (internal & external).
Duties and responsibilities

• > Manage the different projects allocated to her/him: communication with stakeholder, timeline, budget and cost, etc.
• > Give inputs to finalize the drafting of offers by sale persons and critical review of customer offers.
• > Plan and lead to main project internal and external meetings, and participate to specific project meeting.
• > Integrates cGMP requirements (deviation, investigation, non-conformities) and support when required.
• > Participates to the budget and forecast elaboration and follow-ups.

Qualifications and skills

• > University Degree in a chemical scientific discipline and a Master in project management
• > 5 years in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
• > Strong organization skills and good knowledge of project management tools.
• > Excellent communication skills in French and English
• > Very good knowledge of cGMP in a regulated environment
• > Critical mind and problems solving skills
• > Customer oriented & team player
• > Microsoft Office
