Why Are We Hiring?

Our team is hiring Product Managers to help our clients build better products. At Lightmatter, we design and develop software for health, wellness, and HCIT companies, and many of these businesses need outside product expertise to build better experiences. 

More About The Role

Product Management is one of the most important roles at startup and technology companies. It requires strategic, independent thinking along with conviction about your opinions to be successful. 

Joining our team guarantees exposure to a range of creative and technical problems, products, and companies. You will work with a cross-functional team to create web and mobile software applications for a variety of businesses in health & wellness, healthcare IT, non-profits, and more.

Product Managers at Lightmatter manage the overall success of these engagements. They're responsible for leading scope definition and requirements gathering with clients during Discovery Sprints, creating software project roadmaps, and managing and eliminating ambiguity throughout engagements. Product Managers distill a large, long-term vision into simple, weekly goals for team members to accomplish. They maintain a sense of balance throughout a project, all while communicating this effectively to clients in a way that builds trust and delivers results. On our team Product Managers are not the same as Project Managers.
